Welcome to ICICJ, Kyoto

It is a great pleasure to invite you to the joint meeting of the 4th International Consultation on Interstitial Cystitis Japan (ICICJ) and the Annual Meeting of Society of Interstitial Cystitis of Japan (SICJ) to be held in Kyoto on Tuesday 17 and Wednesday 18 April, 2018 as a pre-conference of the 106th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Association of Urology. This two-day meeting will discuss the state-of-the-art progress of interstitial cystitis (IC), particularly Hunner lesions.
More than fifty top international urologists and researchers, and a hundred of eminent Japanese urologists and scientists will be invited to Kyoto for this international brainstorming meeting.
Special lectures, three sessions and a general oral presentation sessions are planned.
The proceedings of this joint meeting will be published in the International Journal of Urology as a supplement issue, the official English journal of Japanese Urological Association and American Scientific Journals.

General Guidance

The abstract submission is only received through E-mail.
The Scientific Program Committee welcomes abstracts submission for all Oral presentations.
Abstracts must be submitted only in English.
The first author is principally regarded as the presenting author. The first author is responsible for attaining approval for presentation from co-authors before submission.
Once submission is completed, you will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your abstract submission from the conference office. If you do not receive this e-mail within a day after submission, there is a possibility that your submission has not been processed completely. In that case, please contact the congress secretariat.
Please verify that your e-mail address is correct as it will be used for correspondence purposes.
Your abstract will be reviewed by the Organizing Committees and the result of review will be announced in the middle of March, 2018.
Please note that the acceptance of an abstract does not imply funding from the Congress.
All presentations should be performed with respect to national and international legislation, and ethical guidelines both with regard to humans and animal protection.
The poster presentation is planned by the Poster author.
All accepted abstracts will be published in the Congress Abstract Book. The Congress Organizer has the right to edit the format of the abstract. After the conference, the proceedings will be published in the International Journal of Urology.
